Sellaronda bike day The 4 mountain passes around the Sella Group will be closed for a whole day for the joy of all the cyclists. The passes can be accessed from the 4 valleys around the Sella mountain only by bicycles. More than 70 km of street are waiting for you, for a total of 1.800 m in difference of height. The start is fixed at 9 a.m., and the event finishes at 3 p.m. The mountain passes Gardena, Campolongo, Pordoi and Sella can be cycled without meeting one motorized vehicle along the way. The first "Sellaronda Bike Day", wanted by the administrations and the tourist offices of the Ladin valleys Gardena, Alta Badia, Fassa and Livinallongo, is destined to become a superlative appointment in the next future. The ingredients don't miss: mountains and suggestive panoramas. Les Corbusier has defined the Dolomites the most beautiful natural architecture in the world, so don’t miss this unique event! Along the run there will be some initiatives (among these a menu for cyclists at a fixed price), and surely also moments of meeting among the bicyclists that will depart from different valleys. The "Sellaronda Bike Day" is not a competition, but a tourist-environmental-day for everyone. No registration and no fee is requested! It is enough to bring with you the desire to be there and to enjoy an unforgettable day. There is no limit of age!
